1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flow Health (available at flow-health.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

Flow Health is operated by Flow Health B.V. ("we," "us," or "our"), registered in the Netherlands.

2. Description of Service

Flow Health is a health and performance analytics platform that:

• Aggregates data from connected fitness and health devices and apps
• Provides AI-powered coaching insights via our Ace feature
• Offers training load analysis, recovery scoring, and performance tracking
• Supports coaches in managing and analyzing athlete data

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts & Registration

Creating an Account

To use Flow Health, you must create an account using a valid email address or via a supported OAuth provider (Google, Apple). You must be at least 16 years old to register.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@flow-health.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription Plans

Flow Health offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free / Basic — Limited features, available to all registered users
• AI Coach (€29.95/month) — Full Ace access and advanced analytics
• Pro Coach — For professional coaches managing multiple athletes

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the beginning of each billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods, except where required by law.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer

The content and insights provided through Flow Health — including Ace recommendations, training load scores, recovery metrics, and any AI-generated analysis — are for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing in Flow Health constitutes:

• Medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice
• A substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional
• A recommendation to change or stop any medical treatment

Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any exercise program — particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition.

You use Flow Health at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, illness, or health outcome resulting from reliance on our service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Flow Health to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated tools to interact with the service in a way that disrupts others
• Share your account credentials with third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Flow Health connects with third-party platforms including Strava, WHOOP, Garmin, Oura, Apple Health, Fitbit, Polar, Intervals.icu, and Zwift. By connecting these services, you:

• Authorize Flow Health to access data from those platforms on your behalf
• Agree to the respective terms of service and privacy policies of those providers
• Understand that we are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by third parties

You can disconnect integrations at any time from your account settings. Disconnecting an integration will stop new data from being imported but will not automatically delete previously synced data.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on Flow Health — including the software, design, text, graphics, logos, and AI models — is owned by or licensed to Flow Health B.V. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Data

You retain ownership of your personal health and training data. By using Flow Health, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display your data for the purpose of providing the service.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Flow Health, you agree to the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or emergency interventions that may temporarily affect availability.

Flow Health is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flow Health B.V. and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Physical injury resulting from use of or reliance on our service
• Interruptions, errors, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We will provide reasonable notice unless immediate action is necessary to protect our users or systems.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of Flow Health after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
